Tourism has been identified as a significant factor in Ireland’s economic recovery. It remains a vital source of income for a lot of villages and towns around the County of Cork, sustaining a large number of businesses and hotels, restaurants, etc. who all rely on the influx of tourists. Equally crucial to these businesses are local visitors and with a growing number of festivals taking place in Cork County, the domestic trade has never been more important. With this in mind, Cork County Council has decided to rebrand and redesign its existing website www.visitcorkcounty.com. The website will be officially launched by the County Mayor, Cllr. Barbara Murray on Tuesday 18th June 2103 at The Mall Arts Centre, Mall House, Youghal, Co. Cork.
