On Sunday March 4th Jimmy Healy from Youghal, Co. Cork is set to challenge a world record by attempting to complete more than 3,416 push ups in one hour.

This event is being organised to raise funds for COPE Foundation. Originally Jimmy wanted to do the event for Bryn Bailey, the four year old son of good friends of his who has rare illness called Mitochondrial Metabolic Disorder and who attends COPE. However Bryn’s parents Vicky and Richard asked that Jimmy completes the challenge for COPE Foundation itself.
