Celebrating 'National Heritage Week', the 2nd Youghal Medieval Festival will take place in the heritage rich setting of St. Mary's Gardens.
Satuday 23rd August 2008:
Live Music in St. Mary's College Garden; artists to be announced
Sunday 24th August 2008: (St. Mary's Gardens)
Series of events including: Dramatisation of historic events in town's history, kids kingdom featuring stilt walkers, jugglers, traditional music and dance groups, medieval traders market, medieval craft demonstations and a 'Knight School
Guided walking tours of town and town walls also planned.
